This is a reminder, per Operations Alert 11-83 dated November 8, 2011, that libraries need to add the publication code MLB1 to their CMLS publications list in order to receive braille copies of the combined sports schedule, which includes both the National League and American League baseball schedules.

Deadline for updating your CMLS publications list is Friday, January 27, 2012.

To update your list:

$  Log on to the CMLS database

$  Select CMLS Menu

$  Select Library Publications Order Form

$  Add your name and e-mail address

$  Add the code MLB1 to your listing

$  Add quantities for both first-class and bulk shipments on the update form
