The 2012 National Conference of Librarians Serving Blind and Physically Handicapped Individuals will be held at the Hotel Viking in Newport, Rhode Island, from Sunday, May 20, through Thursday, May 24. The preconference workshop, "Got Digital? Recording, Digitizing, Markup, and More!," is scheduled for Saturday, May 19.
Conference presentations will focus on new initiatives, expansion of services, outreach, advocacy, and future opportunities.
