I have not used BWF MetaEdit myself, but a colleague has and she was pleased with the results. As far as I understand, it only works with WAVE files. If you can't find an MP3 specific program, converting the MP3s to WAVE files and then using BWF MetaEdit should allow you to export in a format that could then be imported into an Excel sheet.
