The April 2012 issue of the NTIS National Technical Reports Library Newsletter is now available from http://www.ntis.gov/pdf/NTRNews4-10.pdf. Previous issues are available from http://www.ntis.gov/rss/NTRNews.aspx. The theme for the April issue is Medicare and Medicaid Fraud. The newsletter provides a sampling of related information in the NTIS SciTech collection.
Coming soon from NTIS is the public debut of the new NTRL Repository Version 3.0 which is the first of several new repositories planned from the Federal Science Repository Service (FSRS). The FSRS was created to help agencies preserve and increase access to their content resources. The new NTRL 3.0 provides enhanced features and functionalities, and is based on the open-source software Fedora.
