Description: Karen will discuss who current life as a Google Apps administrator and the influence National Geographic along with other companies like Seagate, Fairchild Semiconductor, Berkeley Lab, and Jaguar Land Rover are influencing change, contributing to the knowledge of businesses now using Google Apps for messaging and collaboration, and more. She�ll be sharing how the communication, networking, and leadership skills she�s learned through her professional life in SLA has helped her have a voice in the Google communities. She�ll also share the site they launched for Google Apps administrators and developers during the�Google Customer Connect 2012 Conference in�Monterrey, California,�called �20/20 HindSite: Best Practices for Google Sites.��

Karen is�Manager of Technology Solutions in the Information Systems & Technology�of National Geographic Society. She works as part of the Applications & Collaboration team and supports the enterprise�s business needs with hosted applications such as Google Apps for Business as well as develops customized solutions and training for targeted groups within the organization.
