I’ve been getting a number of questions from you all, so thought I would send out a quick note:


1 – Please use the URL you were given in your original message to access the product You  may have noted that that URL resolves to a different URL  … don’t give into temptation to use that URL!   It’ll result in problems down the road.  Honest. (There is authentication that does on “behind the scenes” that would not give you proper access if you do not go through


2-  On the other products noted in the email, (text shown here) I have no other information for you at this point.   From the email:

3- If you (or your tech folks) are having problems with the proxy info or the PAM set up, please call our customer support and technical support folks.  They are happy to hear from you, and (unlike me) they can actually help you!  Contact info and open hours are listed below my signature.  If you don’t have a PAM (ProQuest Administrator Module) ID/PW, you’ll need to send a note to obtain one.

Once you have your ID/PW, go to and log in. 


4- Unfortunately, I don’t have specific URLs to give out to have you access, for example, only hearings.  I am hopeful we will have these before the cutover (when we turn off the old interface) and I will post to this list when they are available.
