As noted on FEDLIB on October 4, OMB sent a data call to the chief acquisition officers and Senior Procurement Executives at executive branch agencies on October 1, asking for data about FY12 purchases of electronic information resources. Judicial and legislative branch chief acquisition officers were copied and invited to participate. The deadline is October 19.

Data is being collected in OMB MAX at https://max.omb.gov/community/x/-4_yJQ. However, input should be coordinated as your agency instructs. Senior Procurement Executive office staff should know who is working on the data call at your agency.

If you would like to reach out to your acquisition officers to help provide information, you can find a list of executive branch chief acquisition officers and Senior Procurement Executives at https://cao.gov/member-list/ .

The FEDLINK STEM commodity council created a template in Excel that is attached. Data cannot be imported into OMB MAX, but some offices have successfully imported data into Excel, formatted it to fit this template, and then cut and pasted the data.
