Invitation for Public Comment on FEDLINK Research Agenda 2012
Background: The Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) has been a key player in the information community for more than 45 years. As part of the 2012-2016 Business Plan, FEDLINK committed to developing a federal research agenda.
Action: Notice, request for public comments.
As part of the development process, FEDLINK invites librarians, information professionals, researchers, thought leaders, the general public, and other stakeholders to help shape its national priorities and research agenda.
FEDLINK is specifically interested in public comments on the following program areas:
- Demonstrating Value
- Collections Management
- Information Marketplace
- Information Technology
- Management Tools
- Cross-Cutting Areas
FEDLINK also request public comments on any additional program areas that should be considered.
Dates: To be assured consideration, comments must be emailed to [log in to unmask] by Midnight Eastern Standard Time on October 30, 2012. All comments must be submitted electronically.
Please do not include anything in your comment submission that you do not wish to share with the general public.
