FEDLINK is reminding you to participate in Outsell, Inc.’s 13th annual Information Management Benchmark Survey of information centers and libraries at industries, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational and healthcare institutions.

The Survey asks about information center budgets, content spending, and staffing. All responses are confidential. The data will be presented in aggregated form only. We ask that only one person from each information center or library answer the Survey to avoid duplicate responses from the same organization.
FEDLINK members completing the Survey will receive a summary of the topline study results. This report will provide concrete benchmarks you can use for comparison of your library to peer organizations. Use it to justify spending, hone your resource allocation decisions, and provide your management with key metrics about your library’s vendor portfolio.
