Hi All: Perhaps someone has these ancient magazines, the precursor to Audio magazine. Starting in May, 1950, American tape-production pioneer Joel Tall (CBS News, one of the primary editors on Edward R. Murrow's "I Can Hear It Now" and the inventor of the EdiTall slicing block) wrote a 5-part series, "The Art of Tape Recording." I am seeking readable (the higher the quality, the better) scans or copies of these 5 articles. Feel free to ping off-list. If you want to loan me the magazines for scanning, I'll turn them around quickly and I'll post the scans at a place where others can read them. -- Tom Fine
