Indeed, that's why I eventually came around to see the benefit of not doing anything (such as re-coding as RDA) to the vast majority of records in the LC/NACO
file—records coded AACR2 that do not contain any elements ostensibly at conflict with RDA. An absence of contradictory elements is not the same as the presence of everything that ought to be there (such as "Jr.").
