Hi, Tore,

I usually find reasons why I can't help a potential client who 
communicates in that manner. Think of the risk if you can't get off the 
recording what they are expecting with the quality they are 
expecting...remember they have all been watching the crime scene 
investigation shows and know that you can do anything...
