Thanks Michele for bringing this up.  We will be implementing RDA in our regular cataloging workflows within the next two months, and although I do the archival collection cataloging, I really dont consider myself a cataloger and thus would appreciate any help from any members of this list who have begun using RDA to catalog archival collections at the collection level.

Has anyone started looking at the EAD/MARC crosswalk to see what if any changes will be needed to accommodate the new RDA cataloging standard?  RDA makes some changes to what goes in which MARC fields and also there will be some new MARC fields, as I understand it.
