Serves as an Information Specialist in the Network Services Division within the DTIC Directorate of User Services. . Reviews and analyzes technical reports, theses, journal articles, and conference papers in various formats covering a diverse range of disciplines or areas of Department of Defense research in response to customer inquiries. . Determines appropriate databases and/or collaborative tools from which to draw reference materials. . Creates content for DTIC's collaborative products. . Uses metadata to identify appropriate resources. . Ensures that proper security classification, distribution limitations, or government data rights of items are maintained. . Provides assistance and training to customers on the operation of DTIC databases and collaborative tools. .
