I am seeking input on the GPO Library Binding Contract (aka the 405-S program), and library binding in general:
1) If you have used the GPO library binding program in the last 3 years, I am interested in getting your feedback about the service - the vendor's products and services as well as the process.
2) Do you plan to use this program in FY2013?
3) Do you plan to do library binding in FY2013, but outside the GPO 405-S program?
