Learning@Lunch : Tips and Tricks of Public Speaking

When interacting with customers, co-workers, and supervisors, are you communicating effectively?  Are there techniques that would help improve your public speaking skills?
Join your colleagues for training on the art of communications and hear guest speaker Teri DeVoe, from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, discuss her five years in Toastmasters and her current role with its Capitol Hill Speakers Club.  DeVoe previously worked with the EPA National Library Network and has additional library experience in university, school, and non-profit settings.
