(Re-)Using 
http://www.loc.gov/standards/mads/rdf/v1.html#hasCloseExternalAuthority 
seems commendable, and will be widely understood, since it's already 
defined in relation to 
http://www.w3.org/2009/08/skos-reference/skos.html#closeMatch according 
to http://www.loc.gov/standards/mads/rdf/index.html#t334 and 
http://www.loc.gov/standards/mads/rdf/v1.rdf
