I’d like to talk about a program we have here in Indiana called Drawn to Reading…this could be expanded to other states and could work with the branding idea that Sharon mentions below. Basically we have a print shop that prints child designed bookmarks for distribution at the National Book Festival and to our Public Libraries. It’s a great program and one that could be easily duplicated.
I’m interested in Vine and Twitter ideas too. I’m not as familiar with Vine, but it’d be so easy to start a twitter hashtag of folks sharing their reading journey on a predetermined date all over the country.

Hi, Mary -- I see that 12 people have pre-registered already ... all of you should have an invitation with a link in your email queue to register for the webinar. I'll send another reminder midweek but do register early so I can generate an attendance list to send out via the List.
As for agenda ... two things in my takeaway notes:
1/ I would like to talk about developing the state center network brand ... perhaps by developing a nationwide program that all of us could promote in our states/commonwealths/territories. (Might Illinois's Family Reading Night be something that could expand?)
2/ What are we doing about digital/visual reading/communication? Maryland is wondering if we could do something with Vine? What about Twitter? What about a future of reading initiative?
OK ... that's all from Massachusetts!
