Does anyone have any information they could share on guidelines for preserving and archiving digital architectural drawings? My Institute, National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is building a new HQ building in Rockville, MD. It is the largest federal construction project in the DC area and we have tons of architectural drawings, mainly in CAD format. We are looking on how to best preserve these files in case of any audit and for future reference, as our lease is for 25 years.
