Mary Charles, I'm wondering how your headings are coded, since the place in the ongoing conference authority record is (correctly) in subfield $c. Subfield $c is not repeatable in field 111 so the following would not be correct: 111 2_ International Architectural Exhibition $c (Venice, Italy) $n (11th : $d 2008 : $c Venice, Italy) I'd suggest removing the first qualifier in your headings so that they are correctly formulated.
