There will be a distinction AVAILABLE to the cataloger, that is, he/she will
be able to enter it as a direct property, or as an Annotation. For example,
there will (or may already) be a property 'summary', a property of the
Work. The cataloger may choose to enter the summary directly via that
property, or may choose to enter the summary as an annotation.

Annotations

Will summaries, tables of contents, and abstracts which are generated by a
cataloger in the process of representing a BIBFRAME Work also be Annotations
of the BIBFRAME Work, or will there be a distinction between summaries,
etc., which are properties of the BIBFRAME Work and those summaries, etc.,
which are Description Annotations from external sources?

As with the previous draft (April 30) this is a work in progress, comments
and discussion encouraged.

Thanks to the BIBFRAME community, including the Early Experimenters, for the
many comments and suggestions, which have resulted in what we think is a
significantly improved document.
