There will be a distinction AVAILABLE to the cataloger, that is, he/she will be able to enter it as a direct property, or as an Annotation. For example, there will (or may already) be a property 'summary', a property of the Work. The cataloger may choose to enter the summary directly via that property, or may choose to enter the summary as an annotation.
