Hi, Daniel. You can include a unique ID in an @xlink:href attribute on the <cpfRelation> element. We have a little tool, the RAMP editor, that helps automate the process of adding VIAF IDs to <cpfRelation> elements: http://demo.rampeditor.info. Let me know if you have any questions! I have VIAF IDs and URLs that I would like to include inside of the cpfRelation, but I don't know where to put them. It seems like I am not allowed to add a "<scources>" tag inside the cpfRelation.
