As you are aware, early today on October 17, President Obama signed into law H.R. 2775 (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-113hr2775enr/pdf/BILLS-113hr2775enr.pdf), the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014. It should become Public Law 113-46 (127 Stat. 558; 14 pages).

The Office of the Federal Register assigns public law numbers consecutively and earlier  today they released the assignments of all recent public laws that came up during the furlough of government employees (https://listserv.gsa.gov/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A0=PUBLAWS-L), the last one being Public Law 113-45.  Although the Office of the Federal Register has reportedly not yet received H.R. 2775, according to the White House list of recently signed legislation (http://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/signed-legislation), H.R. 2775 is the only signed piece of legislation that has yet to be sent to the Office of Federal Register and all others have already been assigned a number.  Thus, Public Law 113-46 has got to be what the Office of the Federal Register assigns to  H.R. 2775 and it will have 14 pages, the same as the enrolled version sent to the President. It will begin on page 558 of volume 127 of the U.S. Statues at Large (127 Stat. 558).
