FEDLINK has issued its 2014 contract #LC14C7149 to ProQuest which now includes ebrary, Bowker and Dialog.  Unlike in years past, there is now only one account for these brands under the FEDLINK system and that is ProQuest (UM) account.   If you have managed funds for Dialog (DI), ebrary (EY) or Bowker (RB) in the past, please ensure that all of that funding for FY14 is transferred into a 2014 UM account for your institution.  ProQuest had previously added its Serials Solutions and RefWorks-COS to the UM contract, so  those products are already available under the 2014 contract.

ProQuest also has bought the Electronic Book Library (EBL) and is bringing the new Intota ILS system to market.  At this time, we will continue to work directly with agencies to establish contracts for those specific products while we explore making them available via FEDLINK.

In summary, you should now be able to purchase all ProQuest databases, the new ProQuest Dialog, Bowker Books in Print, ebrary ebooks, dissertations (pdf and print), as well as our newspapers in microform, using the new 2014 FEDLINK contract.  You may do so either by Transfer Pay or Direct Express.

If you have any questions about ProQuest and its products, please feel free to contact me. I am happy to put you in touch with either your ProQuest Account Manager or a product specialist that can assist you.

Thank you for your interest in ProQuest!
