I’m pretty sure the answer is yes, but I wanted to verify this. I have a book that has this printing statement: 264 _3 [Toulouse : ǂb Imprimerie de Jean-Matthieu Douladoure, ǂc 1843?] Do I have to add a 264 _1 [France? : ǂb Publisher not identified, ǂc 1843?] Most things in France seem to be published in Paris, but since Toulouse isn’t very close to Paris, it seems I can’t really assume any place but the country. Or would you assume Toulouse? It seems risky to do so. Thanks, Ted P.
