In the Justice Management Division (JMD) of the Department of Justice (DOJ), library staff provides research and information management to senior leadership, including the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General, Associate Attorney General, Solicitor General, and Assistant Attorneys General for the six litigating divisions. In addition, the JMD library staff supports and collaborates with other DOJ component libraries (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; Drug Enforcement Administration; Federal Bureau of Investigation; Federal Bureau of Prisons; and United States Attorneys'  Offices) to provide for the research needs of approximately 115,000 DOJ employees. The JMD library staff specializes in general and legal research,
congressional and legislative research, expert witness research, and legal research training for DOJ attorneys and paralegals.

The program will include:
~ Welcome and staff introductions
~ Briefing on the department and libraries with Q & A Session
~ Walking tour of the Main DOJ Library and Robert F. Kennedy Building

(A photo ID (driver's license, federal employee badge, etc.) are required at the building's entrance. Upon entering, turn immediately to the left for the Visitor Center. Please request an escort for a meeting in the Main Library, Room 5400. Each attendee will proceed through a metal detector and have any bags searched to enter the RFK Building.)

The RFK Building Visitor Center entrance is accessible on Constitution Ave. between 9th and 10th Streets (across from the Smithsonian Museum of Natural
History).
