I checked with public affairs at the NOAA OR&R office and I found out there isn't a NOAA report coming out today.  There is a science research paper being published today in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences at 3 p.m. EDT. looking at the impacts of crude oil from DWH spill on large pelagic fish in the Gulf. Check the NOAA website at  after 3 p.m. EDT for information.

I received an e-mail earlier today stating that "NOAA will be releasing a report on Monday on the Deepwater Horizon spill and its effects on fish in the Gulf."  The sender was interested in getting any additional details.  I'm sorry but he couldn't give me any additional information.  Does anyone know any details about this report?  I don't know if "report" here means a separate publication (e.g., NOAA Technical Memorandum) or a paper published in a journal.
