The Library of Congress invites all ALA attendees to its BIBFRAME Update Forum at ALA Annual Conference. The forum will take place Sunday morning, June 29, from 10:30 to 11:30 in the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room S-220. The agenda follows: Introduction - Beacher Wiggins, Director for Acquisitions and Bibliographic Access, Library of Congress Overview of the work LC is sponsoring - Sally McCallum, Chief, Network Development and MARC Standards Office, Library of Congress BIBFRAME Editor tool - presentation and description -- Kevin Ford, Digital Project Coordinator, Network Development and MARC Standards Office, Library of Congress Stanford's investigations of BIBFRAME -- Philip Schreur, Head, Metadata Department, Stanford University Results from a study of audiovisual material - Andrea Leigh, Head, Moving Image Processing Unit, Library of Congress The forum will be videotaped for a future Library of Congress webcast.
