*Please disregard if you are not a current member of ARSC - but feel free to join!:

If you've recently received your ARSC Newsletter in the mail, you may have noticed a single sheet ballot inserted in the newsletter. As a dues-paying member of ARSC, you have voting rights for any amendment proposals made to the ARSC Bylaws. The proposed amendments would 1) allow ARSC to conduct elections with confidential electronic balloting in addition to confidential paper balloting; and 2) allow ARSC to resolve ties in elections by a vote of the board.

The Ad Hoc Committee on Online Elections (Sam Brylawski, Peter Shambarger, and myself) along with the ARSC Board would appreciate it if you would exercise your rights as a member of ARSC by voting for changes that affect your organization.

Please mail ballots to:

Nathan Georgitis
1299 University of Oregon
Eugene, OR 97403-1299

Ballots must be received by August 31, 2014. Do not write your name on the ballot.
