This is a new class being offered by LYRASIS.
Class description:
“Using MODS to Describe Cultural Heritage Resources
The Metadata Object Description Schema (MODS) is used widely for resource description in cultural heritage institutions doing digitization projects. This session gives an overview of its purpose, design principles, data elements and implementations
particularly for digital projects.”
The cost is $75.00 for LYRASIS members, $100.00 for all others.
