RDA 6.30.3.2 (<http://access.rdatoolkit.org/6.30.3.2.html>) has a similar
format, with a roman numeral list under b). The example access points are
build following the same order.

But also note 6.30.3.5 (<http://access.rdatoolkit.org/6.30.3.5.html>),
where the b) list includes the qualifier "in this order of preference."
Ditto 6.30.4 (<http://access.rdatoolkit.org/6.30.4.html>).
