East View Information Services is happy to introduce a new e-resource built in partnership with Cambridge University Press: the Cambridge Archive Editions (CAE) Online.

Cambridge University Press and East View have partnered to digitize the entire run of CAE book titles providing unprecedented access to curated collections of key British archival documents on the most important issues in history, politics and international relations from the 18th – 20th centuries. This new e-books database allows today’s researchers and students to have instant access to easily navigate through and use valuable primary source materials all in one federated search platform.

CAE titles are particularly rich for the study of national boundary formation and socio-political development and history in the Near & Middle East, East & Southeast Asia and the Slavic and Balkan areas.

All of the original print volumes and accompanying maps, many of which have been out of print and unavailable for years, are now available online with searchable meta-data – some with complete full-text searching.

East View is offering Fedlink members a 10% discount off the purchase of any CAE Online titles for orders placed in FY2015.

Please see more about CAE Online at East View’s website here: http://www.eastview.com/online/cae.

Join us at the Middle East Studies Association exhibition at the Wardman Park Hotel in Washington DC Nov. 22-25 for a live demonstration (http://www.mesa.arizona.edu/annual-meeting/).
