I consider though that we could introduce something more portable (too), for example with new repeatable elements such as mods:recordCataloger and mods:recordEditor as well as @identifierURI and @editDete attributes, such as @identifierURI="http://orcid.org/0000-0002-fooz-baaz" @editDate="2014-12-05" on the mods:recordCataloger and mods:recordEditor elements. The datatype of @identifierURI would be a valid URI and the datatype of @editDate would be (of course!) EDTF. Regards! Saašha,
