NAR n 94028161 is for the authorized access point: Cervantes Saavedra, Miguel de, $d 1547-1616. $t Novelas ejemplares. $l English & Spanish. Can I simply convert this heading
to: Cervantes Saavedra, Miguel de, $d 1547-1616. $t Novelas ejemplares. $l English, or should I create a new authority record with the latter heading and ask for NAR n 94028161 to be deleted?

There's some guidance on slides 19-20 in the PowerPoint file "Programmatic Changes to the LC/NACO Authority File for RDA" located here:
http://www.loc.gov/aba/rda/Refresher_training_dec_2011.html
It boils down to creating new records for each expression and reporting the polyglot record for deletion.
I'll add that posting these steps to a NACO website FAQ, the DCM Z1, and/or elsewhere would make it easier to find. I couldn't locate this info
anywhere else.
