Subject: [PCCLIST] 667 with "Substitute"

Colleagues,
We’re upgrading a DLC name authority record containing a 667 with “Substitute.” I can’t find anything in the NAR FAQ about this particular note, nor is it specifically included in the DCM Z1 pages. Can we delete this 667 (which I assume is intended for internal LC use) or should it remain in the record?

Thanks,
