Looks like a 1960's label I heard referred to as AMALGAMATED which issued airchecks, soundtracks, phony audience noise added to 78's to mask source, etc.
Covers were pastel color paper with usually black printing.  Each album had a purported label name and
some catalog numbers some way related to the material
issued.
Someone probably has the full information or list of these.......

Apparently he was born Harry Friedman back in 1913.
