The 2016 National Conference of Librarians Serving Blind and Physically Handicapped Individuals will take place in San Francisco, California, April 3–7, 2016. Preconference workshops will be offered on Saturday, April 2. This is a premiere educational and networking event.

The 2016 biennial national conference will offer critical hands-on training workshops each day before the general sessions begin. It will also feature in-depth and innovative programs, engaging speakers, and demonstrations of technologies and services that may enhance patron satisfaction (see the list below). Join us to celebrate successes, acknowledge challenges, and uncover opportunities.

Hotel Registration

Hotel reservations must be made no later than noon (PST) on February 1, 2016, to receive the conference rate of $289 per single or double, plus 14.065 percent tax and 2.25 percent business district assessment fee. (Tax is subject to change without notice.)

To obtain the conference rate, make hotel reservations online or call the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel toll-free at 1-800-441-1414. Ask for “Reservations,” then note that you are attending the 2016 Library of Congress conference.
