FEDLINK pleased to announce that on November 16, 2015, Meg Tulloch will join the Library of Congress National and International Outreach/National Enterprises Directorate as Executive Director of FEDLINK.


Most recently, Meg served as the Director of the National Defense University Libraries (Ft. McNair, DC, and Norfolk, VA) from 2009 to 2015, with responsibility for library policy and programs, resource management, personnel management, development of Library automation, and collaboration with Federal and non-federal organizations.  While in that position, she also served in roles for FEDLINK, including as member of the Advisory Board and Chair of the Education Working Group.


Prior to her position at NDU, Meg worked at the U.S. Army European Regional Library Support Center, most recently as Europe Region Librarian where she served as administrative librarian with responsibility for providing leadership, technical guidance, training and direction to the Region's library program including planning , implementation, and coordination of all phases of library activity.  Meg has also worked as a Librarian at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.


Meg received her BA in American Literature from George Washington University, an MFA in Creative Writing from University of Virginia, an MLIS from the University of Texas at Austin, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Liberal Studies from Georgetown University.
