You’ll find this event helpful regardless of whether you are seeking a job or looking to advance in your career.
Beyond the Job Advertisement: What traits do employers really want in a job candidate?
To get a job, you must go beyond just meeting the job qualifications. You must also exhibit the soft skills (less tangible skills such as conflict resolution) employers want to see in their employees. Employers want the best of both worlds: an employee
who is not only proficient in the job functions, but also has the qualities (such as reliability or initiative) to be outstanding.
Come hear our panel of experts discuss the traits they seek in job candidates. They will discuss the qualities that in their work environments, can turn a potentially good employee into an exceptional one. They will also address how a job candidate can
demonstrate those skills during the hiring process.
Whether you are trying to get a job, keep a job, get promoted, or have a more successful career, you will benefit from hearing about the skills you need to thrive in your career.
