Dear Colleagues,

One of our biologists contacted me about obtaining various Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) Technical Working Group Reports Related to Deepwater Horizon.  There is a lot of scholarship and research related to this particular oil spill -- both peer-reviewed and grey literature.  These working group publications, I assume, are grey literature and all originate from the Federal government.  I'm somewhat at a loss as to who to contact to obtain these reports.  All of the reports deal with birds, and the reports were released in 2015.  Does anyone know of any contact persons that deal with these reports?
