No they are not members of the RAP Group. They were not in the past but could see the service layers in the app, do they need to be now?

 

I cannot re-share my services since I cannot get into ArcGIS Server.

Jim,

 

Are the these users members of the RAP group. Re-federation destroys the service sharing information. When I re-federated I reverted to the default sharing which is the corresponding portal group.

 

I’ll look into ArcGIS server access issue.

RAP services are visible to me in my maps and apps, however they are not visible to other members of the CRS Group. Also, I cannot access the ServerManager to see the services and to check on the permissions. Did permissions change with the recent configurations?

Yes. The RAP services are currently down – we are trying to identify what service is locking the RAPViewer account. Who is the owner of the RSI/DetailedCounties service?

All,

 

We are trying to resolve an ongoing issue with the RAP user locking. In order to identify where the issue resides we will need to shut down the RAP ArcGIS Server instance and start the Services one at a time to identify the service that is causing the problem.

 

If there is a need to keep the services up please let us know.
