An update on the GHE system repairs:

 

The changes made yesterday fixed several of the ongoing issues (including the inability to add the Esri World Geocoder to Portal) but they introduced several others. The GHE team is working to rapidly prototype some solutions and hopes to have further updates on Tuesday.

 

The GHE system is up and working, but the GHE team will likely have to refederate servers again, which will break links to any maps you create in the interim.
