FEDLINK posted its Web-based Foreign Language Learning Solicitation on FedBizOps. The deadline for submission is August 5, 2016 by 4:30 pm EST.
FEDLINK provide these services on behalf of participating Federal Libraries, Federal information centers, other entities of the Federal Government, and the District of Columbia. Libraries and other federal offices can centralize the acquisition of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based foreign language courseware through qualified firms to reduce the Government's time and labor investment in acquiring information needed to support agency missions.
Under the web-based foreign language learning services, users will have round-the-clock access to develop foreign language proficiency by providing foundational reading, listening, speaking, writing, and skills to understand the foreign language and culture.
