Hi Ben, I took a look at SF-9. The time insert window is as you originally expected (00:00:00:000). Not sure what happened to your last zero. Do any of the presets bring it back? Can you redo the the digits and save it as a preset? (I can) You might check into the Sony SF forum if it's still there. I'd be happy to help further off-list if I can.
