We were in contact with Zepheira and was very interested in what they are doing. Unfortunately, the rep from Zepheira has gone dark on us, perhaps my institution’s repository is too small for them. I did just send out another email to them higher up the chain.
Thank you for the suggestion about Casalini Libri, I will reach out to them today. Has Stanford used any of their services?
I could think of two options for you. The first would be Zepheira and the second would be Casalini Libri. If you'd like more info I'd be happy to speak with you about both.

Subject: [PCCLIST] Linked Data Vendors
(Apologies for posting on multiple listservs)
With all the talk about linked data, does anyone in the community know of vendors I could approach about converting my institution’s MARC records to BIBFRAME and hosting the records so that they could be crawled by the big search engines and increase my search engine optimization (SEO)?
I was stalking sessions at the ALA Annual last summer and was surprised that there is a lot of talk about linked data, but was unable to actually find anyone doing it.
You can reply offlist.
