Guidance by Product Line

Information Retrieval – If you are selecting vendors, please send FEDLINK one of the following items: (1) a quote, (2) a renewal notice, or (3) a description of what you are buying plus the subscription period (start and end dates), and a price estimate to: [log in to unmask]

Important: If your funding does not match your estimate, FEDLINK will move your funds to the information retrieval pre-award account with the Service ID of IZ.

Books – Enter all of your funding in the books pre-award account with the Service ID of BZ. (If you have already entered it in a vendor account, FEDLINK will move the funds for you.) For questions, please email: [log in to unmask]

OCLC – Enter all of your funding in the OCLC pre-award account with the Service ID of OZ. Estimate an additional 4 to 5 percent to your FY16 amounts. (If you have already entered it in a vendor account, FEDLINK will move the funds for you.) For questions, please email: [log in to unmask]

Serials – Enter all of your funding in the serials pre-award account with the Service ID of SZ. (If you have already entered it in a vendor account, FEDLINK will move the funds for you.) For questions, please email: [log in to unmask]
