Hello, I am posting this request from another librarian at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Please reply directly to her....Please note that she has made attempts in getting this from the NASA STI office and they can not give out as do not have distribution rights. You can no longer purchase documents from NTIS, who also claim to have it and the only library in OCLC that claims to own it is CISTI. I am trying to obtain a copy of this 1981 technical report: ESA-TT-541 Development, manufacture and testing of a planar-array L-band antenna (for satellites) Frisch, E; Siegling, H F; Fasold, D 1981, 219 pages it is a translation a 1977 German report: BMFT-FB-W-77-16 It also has a NASA number, N81-21277. It was supposed to be available from NTIS, but recently NTIS has stopped selling print documents. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
