On the other hand, what about “Kings. $2 lcdgt”? This seems more like an occupation to me. And if so, being a prince is, at least in some cases, more than just a status, it entails certain duties, i.e. “occupation”,
e.g., the Prince of Wales, or Prince Philip. Maybe the answer is “it depends.”
