After this date, abstracts submitted for presentation in a Plenary Session will be evaluated by the Conference Program Committee, which is set to meet on May 5, 2017 in Pisa, Italy. By mid-May, authors will have been notified of their place on the GL19 Conference Program. On May 15th a formal Call for Posters will be launched, closing one month prior to the conference or when all available poster slots have been filled. Authors who choose to present a poster instead of a paper are not required to submit a full-text manuscript. However, if they so choose, it will be eligible for publication in the GL19 Conference Proceedings. Authors elected by the Program Committee to present during one of the conference plenary sessions and who submit a full-text paper qualify to be nominated for the GreyNet Annual Award 2018.
