One of our scientists has asked me to request this report, and I'm having difficulty finding anyone who has a copy.

I can't find it in the DTIC database. There are similarly titled works in OCLC, but I think that that they are different reports -- not this one.

I'm hoping someone in our group has a copy and/or can make suggestions as to who who may have a copy.
